Do you use a process to facilitate good meetings?

When it comes to information gathering in meetings, you will need to have a process for doing this. Simply entering the room and saying “what do you think?” will not be appropriate and depending on the group dynamics, you may only hear from one or two people. 

If you are wanting quality information from all invited, you will need to ensure you send out questions in advance giving all a chance to process and consider answers, have a process in the meeting to ensure everyone has a chance to contribute, and be able to collate and distil the information provided.
